This is not a salaried chef role. This is a business partnership for an entrepreneurial chef who wants to run their own destination restaurant and possibly the pub inside a historic castle with built-in footfall, weddings, and international guests.

The Chef Operator will lease the restaurant and possibly the pub operations and run it as their own business, supported by the estate’s brand, marketing, accommodation, and events pipeline.
