The pub has recently undergone a renovation to a modern, traditional style. Inside seats 57, however there is a large garden with potential for an additional 100 covers in the summer. The kitchen is equipped with a double fryer and double pizza oven and dishwasher.

There is a small undercounter fridge and a deep freezer potentially availbable too.

The kitchen benefits from a rear entrance, so potential for Deliveroo/Uber Eats etc. Space would allow for own vendor equipment. Have listed as single phase electricity, although we belive there is three phase, but no pinned sockets.

The ppub is open 7 days a week, although currently closes at 8pm in the winter on quieter nights.

Public transport at the end of the road and access available for deliveries.

Note it does have a large car park, accessed via a steep driveway, so no low loading vehicles.

Licence retrictions on waste disposal; not after 9pm as residential area.

Resident must serve food and deliveries are also allowed.
