The site is currently in use by the hotel for breakfast only, meaning any potential vendor could start from 11am onwards and ensuring that the kitchen is clear and clean after use is essential. Key point to note:- dry and cold storage availability: is available, but they will need to be shared between the hotel. Racking can be provided. The hotel still runs breakfast to the hotels guess, as part of the licence, they are open to the vendor taking this over, however this is not mandaroy.
