Production Kitchen inside a co-working space in Waterloo. Kitchen is long, well kitted out and has a number of different sections for cooking, prep, storage, etc. Would suit small catering brand. 6 weeks deposit, £500 cleaning deposit, 12 month term 6 month break. This space is managed by Oya in partnership with the Host, ensuring smooth operations for all parties involved.
 Oya Managed fee: 10% of the licence fee (monthly rent), minimum £200 + VAT per month. Payments are made monthly and fees remain payable up to the agreed break clause or for the duration of your booking.
