Our beautiful pub in the vibrant market town of Hitchin (30 minutes from Finsbury park via train) is on the lookout for a kitchen residency.

Hitchin is a town 35000 people and is a destination market town with plenty of popular eating places that are well attended.

We are offering our kitchen which serves a garden & outdoor space 80 pax capacity as well as out pub / dining room of 60 capacity. We have also had success with local delivery services using apps. We are the first pub from the train station and well established in the community.

Food has been served in house to date with a couple of successful residencies in the past, operator open to suggestions for the next residency.
